A very big thank you to Shastra Funeral Services for everything that you guys have done for my father’s funeral. Everything was very organised and perfectly planned! Time management was perfect and every part of the set up was also beautifully done. You guys did everything patiently without rushing and wholeheartedly. Everything was well explained and done to our satisfaction! My family and I are very pleased and satisfied with every single thing that has been done from the start till the end of the funeral. We are lost for words as everything went beyond expectations.

The first call. You were efficient. Speedy. Showed up in person, not your assistant, not someone else. But you. Less than an hour from the call. And that call was made at 3am. This has already placed you apart from the rest. The first meet. You were respectful. Guided us on what must be done. Most importantly you listened. This is another thing that placed you apart from the rest. Throughout the entire process you were there when we called. You responded to every question we had. You guided on what must be done the way it had to be done. Perfectly. Clear in instructions. 3rd thing that proved, from me personally who had experienced other similar services, very crucial and definitely sets you apart again. The final identifier that I spotted and definitely, once again, while similar services, even at the beach on the 16th, you were there. 4 cases in total. And you’re the only one there. Setting you apart, is an understatement. I appreciate it. We appreciate it. We will never forget the lengths you’ve gone to for us. For him. My grand-dad.
